By accessing or using navanmai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use navanmai for personal, educational, or professional speaking practice. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

2. Your content

You own the recordings, scripts, and other content you create using navanmai. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (transcription, analysis, feedback generation).

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

3. Service availability

navanmai is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

4. AI-generated feedback

Coaching feedback generated by navanmai is produced by AI and is intended as a practice aid only. It is not professional speech therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for human coaching. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, navanmai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction in which navanmai operates.
